Purpose Of The Position
Ensure safety agenda in the daily job. Maintain the machines, operate and execute in a qualitative way the process and product related tasks, while improving the key performance indicators and production losses, leading to a safe working environment on machine/area.

|1||SAFETY, FOOD SAFETY AND SUSTAINABILITY
Timely maintained machines. Safe working environment on machine/area. All problems related to safety timely recorder and processed. Clean and tidy working area with no risks related to the product.
|– Maintains the equipment and works in line with the defined and implemented safety and food safety standards. Following the 5S, Housekeeping and HACCP related to the work place.|
|2||QUALITY OF THE PROCESS AND PRODUCT
All quality checks are done and meet the required level.
|– Executes process and product control on all machines where the Technician 1 is working. Special focus on Q points (follow up of the current ones and proposing of the new ones).|
|3||TPM AND CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT
AM activities are daily routine. All relevant standards followed, losses recognised and improvement actions executed.
|– Takes initiatives and is actively involved in optimizing workplace performance via AM/5S teams and activities. Proposes improvement actions based on standard analysis and sensing (hearing/looking/feeling/smelling) of his/her area of the line.|
Stable packaging process without deviations. In case of non-standard conditions countermeasures timely done.
|– Ensures the Packaging process operates in an efficient and effective manner according to the production plan and specification in standard and nonstandard conditions.|
Maintenance tasks done OTIF. During execution of tasks, new improvement proposals made and executed. Machines are running at desired speed.
|– Operates the complex packaging machines. Executes basic maintenance tasks according to standards and is actively involved in improvement activities. Captures and interprets performance data and executes corrective actions.|
|Level of education||Minimum diploma 3 level, preferably bachelor in engineering|
|Field of education||Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronic|
|Experience (including Management Experience)||Preferably in beverage/maintenance operation shop floor experience
Preference for experience in:
• Packaging / Maintenance
• TPM / Lean / 6 Sigma, etc.
